What I collect
- Your name, email address and phone number when you book or enquire.
- Information you choose to share in a consultation or intake form, which may include health and wellbeing information.
- Brief session notes, kept so that I can support you well over time.
- Your email address if you join the mailing list.
- Basic website and booking system data through [GoHighLevel] and its cookies.
Why I use it
To arrange and deliver your sessions, to keep appropriate records as an insured practitioner, to take payment, and, where you have asked for it, to send you occasional emails.
Legal basis
Contract, for delivering the sessions you have booked. Legitimate interests, for running the practice and keeping records. Consent, for marketing emails and for any health information you share. Explicit consent is the basis for special category (health) data.
How long I keep it
Session notes are kept for [X] years in line with my insurer's requirements. Enquiry records are kept for [X]. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who I share it with
Only with the services that make the practice run: [GoHighLevel] for booking, forms and email, and [Stripe] for payments. I do not sell or share your information for marketing by anyone else.
