The basis on which sessions with Louella's Light are offered, so we both know where we stand.
About these terms
These terms apply to all sessions, readings and packages provided by Louella's Light Healing Ltd. By booking, you agree to them.
What the sessions are, and are not
Spiritual healing, Angelic Reiki, Soul Plan readings, Soul Transformation Therapy and card readings are complementary wellbeing practices offered to support relaxation, clarity and a sense of wellbeing. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis, psychotherapy or a substitute for advice from your GP or another qualified professional. Please continue with any prescribed treatment and speak to your doctor about medical concerns.
No guaranteed outcomes
Everyone responds differently. I will hold the space with care and integrity, but I cannot promise any particular result.
Suitability
Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over. [Sessions for under-18s are offered only with the written consent and presence of a parent or guardian.] Please tell me about anything relevant to your wellbeing before we begin.
Readings
Card and Soul Plan readings are offered for guidance and reflection. Decisions you take afterwards remain your own.
Booking & payment
Sessions are booked through the online calendar or by arrangement. [Payment is taken at the time of booking / on the day.] Package payment plans are agreed in writing before the first session.

Confidentiality
What you share stays between us, except where I am required by law to disclose it, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
Gift vouchers
[Vouchers are valid for X months from purchase and are non-refundable but transferable.]
Online sessions
Distance and online sessions are offered on the same basis. Please find a quiet, private space where you will not be disturbed.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
